We understand that purchasing a wheelchair is an important decision. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the general terms for returns and refunds on wheelchairs purchased through connections made via WheelchairDealer.in.

As a facilitator between customers and authorized dealers:

  • We help you find the right wheelchair from verified brands
  • We connect you with authorized dealers for purchase
  • We assist in coordinating returns when needed
  • Final purchase is between you and the authorized dealer/manufacturer

2. General Return Eligibility

Most wheelchair manufacturers we work with offer returns under these general conditions:

2.1 Timeframe

  • Manual Wheelchairs: 7-14 days from delivery date
  • Electric Wheelchairs: 3-7 days from delivery date (varies by brand)
  • Customized/Modified Wheelchairs: Generally non-returnable

2.2 Condition Requirements

Products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original packaging intact
  • Including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Free from damage, scratches, or modifications
  • With original tags and labels attached

2.3 Non-Returnable Items
